Your Mission:

You own, orchestrate, and execute product and packaging development projects from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs, operational feasibility, and business goals.

You lead cross-functional project teams across the product value chain (R&D, product development, culinary, operations, marketing, sales, finance) to meet project goals on time, on quality, and within budget while staying agile to adapt to new circumstances.

You define project scope, timeline, and resources in collaboration with stakeholders and monitor progress, adjusting as needed.

You serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding primary and secondary packaging design, including reprints and supplier communication.

You develop new processes based on identified learnings and initiate actions to improve existing workflows along the product value chain and within the Global Brand, Marketing & Product Management team.

You collaborate closely with operations and commercial teams to address product and portfolio challenges effectively, ensuring smooth daily business operations.

You:

Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, food science, or a related field, with strong academic performance or a proven record of exceptional commitment.

Bring 3+ years of work experience in product management, project management, or product development.

Demonstrate excellent project management skills, including managing multiple projects, effective communication with stakeholders, and driving decisions.

Excel as a team player, with experience fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams such as R&D, operations, marketing, and sales.

Are results-driven with an execution mindset and attention to detail.

Possess strong communication skills, resilience, and an affinity for change.

Show a high willingness to acquire new skills, take responsibility, and thrive in an agile environment.

Have experience in the food industry (preferred) and a passion for food.

Speak fluent English and German; additional languages are a plus.
