**Taste & Wellbeing Global Communications Manager - Health & Nutrition, Sustainability, and Plant-based Meat & Dairy Solutions**

We are looking for a **‘Global Communications Manager’** to support the Taste & Wellbeing Global Content and Communications team and diverse internal stakeholders. You will help raise Givaudan’s profile as a global leader in plant-based meat and dairy solutions, health & nutrition, and sustainability through external communications activities. You will also help engage employees in these areas and ensure they are aware of the latest solutions and developments.

The role will be based in our Kemptthal office in Switzerland and report to the Taste & Wellbeing Global Content and Communications Director. In this individual contributor role, you will coordinate and implement multiple internal and external Taste & Wellbeing communications activities.

**In this exciting role, you will be responsible for -**

Social media and external communications:

- Manage the daily execution of the external communications initiatives to support our plant-based and health & nutrition solutions.
- Includes developing communications plans, creating content for, and managing communications activities across multiple channels (social media and digital campaigns, external PR, promotions, videos, webinars, event sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and advertising), in collaboration with our internal teams and external agencies.

Internal communications:

- Develop and execute internal communication strategies and plans that keep employees informed and engaged.
- Includes identifying story ideas for the company intranet and facilitating the content development, approval process and publishing.

**You?**

Your professional profile includes:

- Undergraduate or bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Marketing or Journalism.
- 8+ years of experience in communications or marketing, with expertise in building and executing impactful communications strategies.
- Have a deep knowledge of the digital environment and social media channels and experience in working with agencies.
- Strong copywriting skills and previous experience in drafting strategic press releases and creating compelling content for campaigns, web pages, blogs, social media platforms, events, speeches and thought leadership.
- Excellent professional writing skills in English.
- Excellent presentation and project management skills.
- A team player, comfortable with diversity, and able to work in a global matrix environment.
