Are you a passionate Communications professional and want to further build your career with the global leader in the creation of Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance & Beauty? Do you want to be a key member of our Taste & Wellbeing Regional Communications team and focus on the exciting Europe region while being based in our Kemptthal office in Switzerland? - **Then this could be your future position**

We are currently looking for a**‘Communications Manager’ **to support the Taste & Wellbeing Europe Communications Head and the Management Team to engage employees on the regional strategy and raise Givaudan’s profile through external communications activities.

You will be based in our Kemptthal office in Switzerland and report to the Taste & Wellbeing Europe Communications Head. In this individual contributor role, you will coordinate and implement a wide variety of internal and external communications activities across the Europe region for our key Taste & Wellbeing solution offerings across categories - Beverages, Savoury, Sweet goods, Snacks, Dairy & Cheese, and Nutraceuticals.

**In this exciting role, you will be responsible for -**

Social Media and External Communications:

- Manage the day-to-day execution of the digital and external PR communications plan.
- Includes drafting the communications strategy for marketing initiatives across Europe, including social media channels, PR, content and events.
- Craft news releases, social media posts and other communications.
- Manage external events, coordinate media and social media monitoring, and work with external agencies.

Event Management (online and offline):

- Lead the coordination and execution of events, including organising trade shows and events and all communication activities related to the events.
- You will develop social media posts for awareness and lead generation to support the event and measure the success of these events by utilising the appropriate measurement tools to create event reports.

Internal Communications:

- Coordinate and execute activities for leadership town halls, breakfast meetings & webinars and support internal content development, including presentations, newsletters, video scripts and success stories.

Your professional profile includes:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Marketing or Journalism.
- 8+ years of relevant working experience in Communications or Marketing, from building solid strategies to executing them.
- Strong knowledge of the digital environment, social media channels, and working with agencies.
- Excellent professional proficiency in English writing and creative skills focusing on strategic copywriting for press releases, campaign content, web, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Excellent presentation and project management skills.
- A team player, comfortable with diversity, and able to work in a matrix environment.
