Das Team Operation Support & Asset Care mobiles Equipment im Value Stream Small Molecules ist hauptverantwortlich für den sicheren und GMP-konformen Betrieb des mobilen Equipments. (Reinigen, Bereitstellung, Instandhaltung, Wartung, Dokumentation)
Des Weiteren für den Unterhalt des Abfüllplatz, Kühlzelle, Stapler und Dichtungsraum.

Die Möglichkeit:

- Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktions- und Supportabteilungen von Basel DS Manufacturing und den Serviceabteilungen am Standort Basel (speziell mit dem Engineering, Werkstatt, Manufacturing-IT und Einkauf)

- Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit des mobilen Equipments für die Produktionsbetriebe und dessen Übergabe und Übernahme

- Verantwortung für die Organisation der Reinigung des mobilen Equipments inkl. Schläuche und Koordination der Schlauchkontrollen

- Betrieb der Waschplätze gemäss der Produktionsbedürfnisse, wie z. B. Reinigungen, Wartung, Instandhaltung sowie dessen Organisation und Koordination.

- Planen und Koordinieren von Werkstattarbeiten (Störungsbehebung, Umbauten, Revisionen)

- Auslösen, Beurteilen und Durchführen von Equipment Change Control im SAP System

- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von APV`s und SOP`s und Troubleshooting bei technischen Störungen und SME bei Risikoanalysen (Qualität, Prozess-Sicherheit, technische Sicherheit)

Wer Sie sind:

- Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der chemischen Produktion und Reinigung von Produktionsanlagen

- Gutes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an der Funktionsweise der Anlagen

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

- Motivation Neues zu lernen und anzuwenden und Wille Prozesse zu verbessern unter Berücksichtigung der Schnittstellen

- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Wille, Entscheidungen im Verantwortungsbereich zu treffen beziehunsweise hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein

- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift in deutscher Sprache sowie ein versierter Umgang mit MS-Office, Veeva Quality, ELVIS und SAP sowie Google Applikationen
