**Connected Customer Solutions (CCS)**
Connected Customer Solutions is a team of high-performing individuals, dedicated to enable and drive digitalization and take us forward by leveraging all Straumann Group brands and services to connect our customers and become the leading player in digital dentistry.

**Primary Position Objectives**
- The Global Business Manager (GBM) Intra Oral Scanners (IOS) is a strategic role and P&L owner, responsible for the overall success of the connected IOS solutions business segment. The GBM will define and lead execution of the business strategy for the Straumann IOS portfolio.
- The GBM leads a team of IOS Product Managers and has functional leadership of Growth Leads to drive the development of the Connected IOS portfolio upstream as well as the commercialization of those solutions downstream, while ensuring alignment of activities with the overall digital business and portfolio strategy.
- The GBM IOS reports to the Vice President Digital Enablers, CCS, and is a highly cross-functional role that will work closely with development teams across business units, wholly owned entities, 3rd party partners, as well as global and regional teams. The GBM is a strategic, yet hands-on role that will drive the continued growth and market share development of Straumann’s digital business in the IOS segment.
- Defining portfolio strategy and translating it into execution plans from development to commercialization, and collaborate effectively with the global product management, brand partners, marketing and sales teams will be key to success in this role.

**Key responsibilities**
- Ownership of business strategy, P&L, and overall success of the Connected IOS Solutions segment, with focus on portfolio development and management, creating differentiated workflows and go-to-market strategies.
- Create and implement new business models and recurring revenue streams, drive market penetration, adoption, and long-term profitability of the segment.
- Lead and develop a high-performance team of product managers to deliver on business strategy objectives and portfolio development.
- Analyze the market, competition and customer needs corresponding to your responsible segment to clearly define the business strategy and priorities.
- Drive the portfolio vision and roadmap to ensure development of differentiated connected solutions within the interdisciplinary segment, aligned with the overall CCS vision and strategy.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for the segment in collaboration with a cross-functional team consisting of all key downstream functions including marketing, T&E, support and sales teams.
- As a business expert, manage existing and / or create new strategic partnerships in order to develop capabilities required for successful development and commercialization of the portfolio.
- Develop strong relationships with target customers to understand their needs, get continuous input on commercial and product innovation and drive endorsement of our portfolio
- Drive alignment and engagement across functions. Champion internal understanding and support of opportunities to secure resources, focus and alignment needed to grow the business.
- Responsible for global launch readiness across all aspects for market release, including regulatory approval, product availability, technical content for promotion materials
- Develop in-depth and comprehensive understanding of Straumann’s products and business models, and prevailing digitalization advances and trends in dental industry

**Your profile**
- Minimum 10 years’ professional experience in senior product management roles, business development or similar functions.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in strategic and / or leadership roles.
- Proven track record of creating impact and driving results while managing high complexity.
- Experience in dental and a track record of being able to develop deep domain expertise quickly.
- Specific experience in digital dentistry is considered a strong asset.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to frame vision and strategy at all levels of granularity from business executive to product / feature level.
- Strong situational leadership skills and ability to successfully build, lead and develop your team.
- Energetic and results-oriented business leader with enterprising thinking and strong resilience.
- Fluency in English; other languages considered an asset.
