Global Warehousing Transformation Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Combine warehousing process expertise and thought leadership with ERP system knowledge (SAP S4 HANA) to lead the global warehousing workstream in Axalta’s SAP S4 HANA business transformation program
- Utilize project management processes to manage a team of third-party consultants (“Implementation Partner”) and Axalta regional warehousing leads to deploy SAP S4 HANA and the associated global standard warehouse processes (“the global template”) to all locations in which Axalta operates. Includes leading and managing all phases of the implementation:

- Fit / gap assessment
- Localization build/configure
- Master data transformation and load
- System integration testing
- User acceptance testing
- End user training
- Cutover
- Go Live
- Hypercare
- Serve as a steward of the global template ensuring that warehousing processes and tools remain consistent as they are deployed to all regions
- Lead change management across the global warehousing network identifying change impacts, developing mitigation plans, and executing change mitigation plans to ensure all warehouses are prepared for go live
- Prioritize and manage implementation of upgrades to the global template (process changes or enhancements to the SAP S4 HANA solution) to deliver business value
- Establish managing processes to monitor, govern, and support warehouses that have deployed the global template to ensure process consistency and to continuously improve the global template delivering identified project opportunities

- Manages many business requests simultaneously
- Takes initiative in managing assigned responsibilities
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
- Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and support the team through execution
- Willing to travel for ~30% of the time, including international
- Time zone flexibility required to collaborate with global team members

**Knowledge / Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 5+ years experience managing a warehousing, supply chain, or logistics team
- Experience working with various functions within warehousing and logistics
- Project management experience (continuous improvement, capital, six sigma, etc.)
- Experience with designing and implementing global Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP S4 HANA
- Experienced in data validation and analysis
