**Global Baseline Program Implementer - Motion Services**:

In this role you will be responsible for leading, improving and supporting Motion Services Global Sales Process implementation across all Motion Services countries globally. You will coordinate with local businesses/Service sales managers/ Area sales managers to ensure Baseline forms part of the daily sales activity focusing on pro-active sales approach, building, and improving installed base knowledge, increasing service penetration, and creating added value to the customer.

Global Continuous Improvement Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with the relevant service line teams and other initiative leads to define activities, guidelines, the scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule, and detailed work allocation.
- Working closely with Local units, ASMs, Service Lines to understand topics, challenges, and leading practices, jointly monitors implementation and shares lessons learned.
- Identifying areas for improvement within the sales process and initiate continuous improvement projects.
- Supporting the implementation of service sales strategy in the designated area by defining the detailed objectives, key results and milestones of the strategic initiative in collaboration with the relevant service management teams and by monitoring progress of defined projects and activities.
- Supporting implementation of short to mid-term strategic projects/initiatives related to Service Sales process (eg: e-commerce, CQP etc.)

**Your background**:

- 5 years of experience in Service Sales or Service Sales Support or Service Operations, working as Program Implementer or Process Lead with Installed Base Management systems, SalesForce, SAPSound knowledge of global and local dynamics in Motion Services
- Strong leadership and change management skills - understand, plan, implement and communicate the change
- The ability to lead cross-functional, virtual and international teams and manage multiple demands on your time
- A collaborative, solutions
- and customer-service-focused approach and to build strong network with local units
- Qualification in a management at degree level or equivalent
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
