Omnichannel Lead Iron Portfolio

Main Accountabilities:
- Support design and insight driven optimization of integrated omnichannel customer engagement strategies (Customer Engagement Plans) and tactics, in partnership with 1. cross functional Brand Team representatives both at HQ and Affiliate levels, 2. supporting functions (inclusive of OCE capability leads, Digital Operations, Digital Analytics) and 3. Other Commercial Excellence functions.
- Execute global omnichannel customer engagement tactics and support local omnichannel customer engagement tactics execution
**Tasks**:
- Act as a member of the extended Brand Team (BT) responsible for the assets under the appointed Brand Group supporting cocreation (design and planning, execution, and optimization) of OCE campaigns and related building blocks (opt-in, persona, customer journey, channel selection, taxonomy, target and benchmark definition)
- Help to provide one consolidated omnichannel overview across functions and bring the pieces of the puzzle together to make a coherent plan
- Coordinate, in sync with BT representatives, creative/medcom agencies and Digital Operations, digital assets end to end forecasting and development (design/localization/evolution)
- Coordinate and execute OCE campaign configuration, launch and optimization using all available channels (through CSLV existing platforms and external vendors/partners) to maximize impact (top and bottom line)
- Support Global/Local cross functional BTs upskilling OCE related capabilities (e.g., review/challenge creative agencies proposals, provide benchmarks, description of what good looks like, implement digital landscape analysis) in sync with OCE capability leads
- Monitor progresses of OCE campaigns and inform decision making at all levels in partnership with BT representatives; proactively make recommendations on how to improve performance through analytics, insights, and research
- Leads best practice and knowledge sharing via effective reporting and communication within assigned Brand Group and among Brand Groups
- Support design/continuous improvement and master usage of OCE related reports & distribute customer analytics (KPI and ROI related metrics) summarizing customer acquisition, conversion & engagement metrics
- Ensure full understanding of legal & regulatory compliance landscape as it applies to online communications. Identify and mitigate risks in this regard during campaign planning & delivery
- Partners with peers and coaches more junior team members, Global and Local Brand Team members, local leadership members. Champion a mentorship culture within the broader OCEDO and assigned Brand Group teams’ scope and beyond.
- Build a deep understanding of the brands’ specificities, therapeutic area, ecosystem and strategic imperatives in order to propose and effectively execute appropriate plans and channels to the specific audiences
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in a scientific, business or economics-related field
- Understanding of CRM (ideally both OCE_IQVIA and Veeva) and MLR approval system (ideally Veeva Vault Promomats)
- Excellent project management including multiple-stakeholder, change management, budget, human resources and vendors management
- Ability to shape omnichannel engagement strategies and tactics for specific disease areas, design, plan & deliver omnichannel campaigns including measuring & reporting on campaign analytics & KPIs
- Proficient knowledge in customer journey design, customer experience management, digital customer strategy and tactics, both at launch and across the product life cycle
- Min of 5 years’ OCE experience, preferable in multiple industries including healthcare and consumer goods industry, with proven Hospital Pharma experience
- Experience in working globally, across countries and functions
- Great structured, problem-solving oriented and strategic agility abilities
- Ability, comfort and commitment to operating in a regulated environment. Imperative for compliance with company policies, procedures and other relevant internal or external laws, regulations and the like

- Good knowledge of marketing techniques including digital marketing, collateral development, industry conference promotion and public relations

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Global and Local Marketing, Sales, Medical, Market Access and all supporting functions)
- Displays strong organization and time management skills; reliable in completing tasks and delivering on commitments in a timely manner
- Demonstrated experience creating a vision and strategic plans that influence department initiatives
