The Position

Das Drug Product Clinical Supply Center in Basel (“DP CSC (Parenterals) BS”) ist verantwortlich für die Herstellung und Abfüllung von sterilen Darreichungsformen aus dem globalen Forschungs- & Entwicklungsportfolio. Für die Belieferung der weltweit durchgeführten klinischen Studien in Phase I–III stehen am Standort Basel moderne und hoch automatisierte Fertigungsanlagen zur Verfügung.

Im DP CSC (Parenterals) BS unterstützt die Abteilung GMP-Support die anderen Abteilungen (Filling, Compounding & Visual Inspection, Science & Technology, Planning & Logistics) bei der Abwicklung verschiedener GMP-Aktivitäten und bei der Umsetzung von gesetzlichen Vorgaben zur Arbeitssicherheit. Dazu gehören Aufgaben wie die Bewirtschaftung des Trainingssystems, die Pflege der Dokumentenlandschaft, Trending oder die lokale Implementierung neuer globaler Regelwerke.

Das Jahr 2025 ist zudem ein sehr besonderes Jahr für uns, da der gesamte Betrieb umgebaut und modernisiert wird (Implementierung des "EudraLex Annex 1 - Manufacture of Sterile Medicinal Products"). Dieses Praktikum bietet somit die einmalige Gelegenheit, ein so umfangreiches Projekt mitzuverfolgen.

In dieser Position wirst du:

- IT-Tools zur automatisierten Abwicklung von Business-Prozessen pflegen und (weiter)entwickeln

- die interne Website der Abteilung GMP-Support aktuell halten und weiterentwickeln

- abteilungsübergreifend die Mitarbeiter bei verschiedenen Aufgaben des Tagesgeschäfts (z.B. Terminplanung, Mitarbeit bei der Ausgabe von Service-Ausweisen, Archiv-Support, Erstellen von Präsentationen etc.) unterstützen

- selbständig Lösungen zur Abwicklung verschiedener Arbeitsabläufe erarbeiten, Optimierungsansätze entwickeln und implementieren

Wer Du bist:

Du bist ein(e) ambitionierte(r) Student(in) in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang oder mit einem Masterabschluss, der nicht länger als 12 Monate von dem Startdatum zurückliegt. In Frage kommen v.a. (aber nicht ausschliesslich) Studiengänge im Bereich Naturwissenschaften/Life Sciences, Ingenieur- bzw. Technische Wissenschaften oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften.

Ausserdem:

- hast Du ein Flair für digitale Technologien zum Management von Informationen (z.B. Google Suite, SmartSheet, Trello) und arbeitest gerne und routiniert mit entsprechenden Werkzeugen

- hast Du Interesse an der Arbeit in einer abwechslungsreichen und innovationsgetriebenen Produktionsumgebung

- arbeitest Du gerne team- und lösungsorientiert und hast dabei ein gutes Auge für die Bedürfnisse Deiner “Kunden”

- verfügst Du über eine gründliche und systematische Arbeitsweise

- verfügst Du über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- EU/EFTA-Studenten: Du bist derzeit in einem Master - oder Bachelorstudiengang eingeschrieben oder hast dein Studium vor maximal 12 Monaten vor dem Startdatum abgeschlossen.

- Für Nicht-EU/EFTA-Studenten: Aufgrund von Vorschriften ist eine Immatrikulation an der Universität für das gesamte Praktikum erforderlich sowie ein Schreiben der Universität, aus dem hervorgeht, dass das Praktikum für das Studium obligatorisch ist. In dem Schreiben sollte auch die erforderliche Dauer des Praktikums angegeben sein.
