In addition to the Executive Leadership Team, CPI has central functions such as Sales & Marketing, Legal, HR and Corporate Development, which work for the Corden Pharma Group across locations and at an international level.

Main activities and responsibilitiesWe are seeking an experiencedSales Managerto drive business growth within the CDMO sector for drug products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, business development, and client relationship management, with fluency inEnglish , German and/or French is a bonus. The ideal candidate should also have a strong network.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, primarily focusing on developing our drug product business
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, regulatory, and project management) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
Your ProfileProven (ten plus years) experience insales/business developmentwithin aCDMO or pharmaceutical environment(drug products).
Good network in Europe within the Pharmaceutical outsourcing community.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulatory requirements, and supply chain dynamics.
Strong understand of the CDMO market
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry event within Europe up to 50%
Fluency inEnglishis a must, ideally additionally German and/or French
