SERVICES Office Coordinator, General Real Estate

Sobi is seeking a dynamic and proactive 2 Office Coordinators to join our Basel team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and enhancing the workplace experience for employees and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visitor & Access Management: Welcome and assist visitors, coordinate badges, manage building access, and ensure safety protocols.
- Communication Support: Manage calls, emails, and reception calendars. Relay messages and provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Postal Handling: Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and parcels, ensuring timely distribution and delivery.
- Facilities Management: Monitor coffee machines, water dispensers, and office consumables, reporting or replenishing as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate on initiatives to optimize office processes, improve services, and support events.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Office Manager, providing backup support during holidays.

- Experience in office coordination or administration.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of German and French is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
