Sobi is seeking a dynamic and proactive **2** **Office Coordinators** to join our Basel team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and enhancing the workplace experience for employees and visitors alike.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Visitor & Access Management**: Welcome and assist visitors, coordinate badges, manage building access, and ensure safety protocols.
- ** Postal Handling**: Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and parcels, ensuring timely distribution and delivery.
- ** Facilities Management**: Monitor coffee machines, water dispensers, and office consumables, reporting or replenishing as needed.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Collaborate on initiatives to optimize office processes, improve services, and support events.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the Office Manager, providing backup support during holidays.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in office coordination or administration.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of German and French is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
