And you might be thinking: This is great, what will my day-to-day be like, at TDC? I’m glad you asked. As a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager you will have the opportunity to: - Identify opportunities for process improvement and leading the digitalization and automation of operational workflows and guidelines, leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Lead end-to-end project delivery in areas such as Corporate Real Estate (CRE), IT operations, Procurement, Internal Communications, Governance, as well as cross-functional areas like HR, Finance, and Transformation & Business Development. - Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations to define, plan, and monitor the annual Operations project roadmap, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Support cross-functional collaboration between departments, promoting alignment with TDC strategic goals. - Design and manage internal reporting mechanisms to provide transparency on project progress, risks, and performance metrics. - Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements throughout project lifecycles. What Makes You a great Fit? While we’re not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you’ll be a fantastic fit for our team. We are waiting for you - Familiarity with modern AI tools and technologies to enhance performance and facilitate process automation. This includes experience with conversational AI systems, and workflow automation platforms. - Proven experience in project and change management, ideally within a multinational or technology-driven environment. - Strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines. - Solid understanding of financial principles, with experience managing project budgets and tracking financial performance. - Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate across different levels and functions. - Proactive and continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on innovation and efficiency. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
