Our client is a well-established Swiss boutique private bank in Switzerland and in other international financial places. Missions - Integration the CIS Desk ; - Supporting Private Bankers in their daily business ; - Answering to all the requests to the HNWI / UHNWI clients by email, phone or face-to-face ; - Opening and closing banking accounts ; - Cash management, transfers, payment orders ; - Handling and monitoring stock exchange orders, Forex transactions, fiduciary relationships, loans and credit card ; - KYC documentation ; - Preparing the necessary documentation for client meetings and business trips ; - Expense reports ; - Client reporting and management reporting ; - Providing administrative support to the team ; - Participation in the day to day in the office. Profil du candidat - Banking training or University Degree ; - Similar experience as Relationship Manager Assistant in a CIS Desk in private banking, wealth management or family office in Switzerland ; - Good knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments ; - Very good language skills in Russian and in English ; - German language is an asset ; - Rigorous, methodic & professional.
