Zusammen mit deinem Team gestaltest du die Weiterentwicklung der IT-Sourcing Strategie für die ganze Migros-Gruppe. Dabei bist du basierend auf den Bedürfnissen der Fachbereiche für den Sourcing Prozess, das strategische Lieferanten-Management als auch für die konzernübergreifenden Transformationsaktivitäten verantwortlich.
Was du bewegst
  • Führung und Gestaltung der IT Provider Strategie, sowie des strategischen Lieferanten-Portfolio in enger Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und IT-Verantwortlichen
  • Weitere Optimierung und Digitalisierung des Betriebsmodells für ein effektives und professionelles Sourcing & Vendor Management
  • Operative Verantwortung für den gesamten Ausschreibungs-, Beschaffungs- und Lizenz-Management Prozess
  • Definition und Verankerung der Sourcing-Governance Prozesse, bspw. Supplier Performance Metrics, Score Card und die Lieferantensteuerung
  • Begleitung und Coaching der Fachbereiche zur Realisierung von Kostenreduktionen in Vertragsverhandlungen, bspw. mittels Szenarioanalysen oder Benchmarking
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Technologie-Querschnittsfunktionen wie Enterprise Architecture, Legal, Finance, Organisational Performance und Business Partner Management

Was du mitbringst
  • Bildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Consulting im Bereich Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations
  • Mit deiner ausgewiesenen Kompetenz im Sourcing & Vendor Management, bietest du ein strukturiertes Vorgehen zur Erreichung von Effizienz- und Effektivität-Steigerungen
  • Du bringst umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Anwendung moderner Einkaufsinstrumente und -methoden mit
  • Du erzielst Wirkung in deinen Themen auf allen Ebenen dank deiner ausgeprägten Fähigkeiten in Präsentations- und Kommunikations-Technik
  • Deine Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Technologie-Querschnittsfunktionen ist dynamisch und erfolgsgetrieben
