Senior IT Support Engineer - Geneva - Financial EnvironmentOur client is a prestigious financial institution based in Geneva, renowned for its robust investment strategies and commitment to client service. With a substantial market presence, the institution is dedicated to maintaining high standards of compliance, efficiency, and technological advancement.
Missions
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues.
- Manage the installation, configuration, and updating of computer systems and software for various departments.
- Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure by implementing industry-standard security measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor IT solutions to their needs.
- Document processes and maintain logs of issues and resolutions.
- Lead projects to continuously improve the functionality and efficiency of IT systems.
- Provide training and support to other IT staff and end-users to ensure competent and efficient use of technology resources.
Profil du candidat
- Has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Possesses at least 5 years of experience in IT support within a financial services environment.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Is proficient in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibits excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional proficiency in French is highly desirable.
