Verantwortungsbereiche:

 

  • verantwortlich für die Verwaltung der HR- und Gehaltsabrechnungsfunktionen in mehreren europäischen Ländern
  • Ihre Hauptpriorität wird die Zeiterfassung, die Überwachung der Gehaltsabrechnung, die Gewährleistung der Einhaltung lokaler Vorschriften und die Funktion als primärer Ansprechpartner für unsere internationalen Gehaltsabrechnungsanbieter (ICPs) sowie als Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen rund um Gehaltsabrechnung, Sozialversicherung, Krankenversicherung und Rentenprogramme, Benefits, Verträge sowie Daten- und IT-Systeme sein.
  • Zusammen mit Ihrem Team stellen Sie sicher, dass die Prozesse im Bereich HR Operations in Europa ordnungsgemäß eingerichtet sind, um eine schlanke und effiziente Abwicklung der HR-Operationen in ganz Europa zu gewährleisten.

  • Sie stellen sicher, dass in allen europäischen Ländern die Einhaltung lokaler Arbeitsgesetze und -vorschriften in allen Bereichen der HR-Operationen gewährleistet sind
  • Sie werden an den Senior Director of HR Europe berichten und eng mit dem globalen HR-Operations- und Gehaltsabrechnungsteam zusammenarbeiten, um sicherzustellen, dass die Unternehmensstandards erfüllt und in die europäische Landschaft übersetzt werden

  • Sie werden Teil eines dynamischen HR-Teams mit HR Business Partnern sein, die sich auf Ihre Unterstützung in den Bereichen Gehaltsabrechnung, Sozialversicherung und HR-Operations freuen
  • Sie werden vorhandene Prozesse der HR-Operationen analysieren und Schnittstellen zwischen unseren europäischen Niederlassungen und ICP-Zentren sowie zwischen dem globalen HR-Operations-Team in den USA untersuchen
  • Vereinfachen und strukturieren Sie die Anforderungen der europäischen Organisation, implementieren und erstellen Sie mit Ihrem HR-Operations-Team effektive Prozesse und Workflows. Entwickeln und pflegen Sie Gehaltsabrechnungsrichtlinien und -verfahren, um Genauigkeit und Effizienz sicherzustellen
  • Mit Ihrem Team werden Sie alle Aspekte der HR-Operations und Gehaltsabrechnung für europäische Büros verwalten und als Ansprechpartner für ICPs fungieren
  • Bearbeiten Sie etwaige Gehaltsabrechnungsunstimmigkeiten oder -probleme umgehend und effizient
  • Gewährleisten Sie eine effektive Kommunikation mit allen Teammitgliedern in den Ländern bezüglich Updates, Änderungen in Bezug auf Gehaltsabrechnung, Steuern oder Sozialversicherung usw. Halten Sie sich über Updates in den verschiedenen Ländern auf dem Laufenden und stellen Sie sicher, dass diese Änderungen implementiert werden, um die Einhaltung sicherzustellen
  • Leiten Sie Projekte für Europa in Bezug auf die digitale Transformation und Service Now, um die Mitarbeitererfahrung zu verbessern
  • Leiten Sie Projekte für die Integration eines neuen Gehaltsabrechnungssystemanbieters in Europa
  • Change Management, stellen Sie sicher, dass neue Prozesse gut abgestimmt, kommuniziert und geschult werden, um eine reibungslose Implementierung der HR-Operationslandschaft in Europa zu gewährleisten
  • Unterstützen und leiten Sie die Integration einer neu erworbenen Organisation in Bezug auf Benefits, Verträge, Richtlinien und Prozesse im Bereich HR-Operations
  • Bieten Sie Unterstützung und Beratung für HR- und Managementteams zu gehaltsbezogenen Angelegenheiten

 

 

Das bringen Sie mit:

 

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Human Resources oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit langjähriger Erfahung im HR & Payroll
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in HR-Operations und Gehaltsabrechnungsmanagement, vorzugsweise in einem multinationalen Unternehmen. Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle
  • Fundiertes Verständnis der europäischen Gehaltsabrechnungsvorschriften und Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Gehaltsabrechnungsanbietern (ICPs) ist sehr wünschenswert
  • Verständnis für den Betrieb von HR-Operationen, idealerweise Erfahrung in der Entwicklung desselben
  • Hervorragendes Augenmaß für Details und Genauigkeit bei der Datenverarbeitung
  • Ausgezeichnete organisatorische und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, effektiv in einer schnelllebigen Umgebung zu arbeiten und enge Fristen einzuhalten
  • Starke Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch - verhandlungssicher, Englisch - verhandlungssicher, alle anderen Sprachen von Vorteil
