Deine vielseitigen Tätigkeiten

  • Du übernimmst die gesamtheitliche Verantwortung für die Bereiche Streetfood, Festivals sowie Catering und bist darüber hinaus für sämtliche internen Events zuständig
  • Du eruierst neue Märkte und baust deine Bereiche kontinuierlich weiter aus
  • Du koordinierst, planst, organisierst zusammen mit deinem Team alle Events
  • Du entwickelst eine langfristige Eventstrategie und innovative Eventkonzepte zur Stärkung des Markenimages von Tenz und überwachst deren Einhaltung
  • Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst dein Team stetig
  • Du repräsentierst die Marke Tenz an Events, vertiefst die Beziehungen zu bestehenden Partnern und baust weitere nachhaltige Kunden- und Partnerbeziehungen auf
  • Du baust gemeinsam mit der Finanzabteilung ein effizientes Reporting auf und identifizierst laufend Effizienzsteigerungs- und Kostenoptimierungspotenziale

 

Deine Talente & Erfahrungen

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Eventmanagement, Marketing oder ähnlichen Fachrichtungen
  • Du bringst mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen im Gastronomie- oder Eventbereich mit
  • Du besitzt ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen und stets den Überblich zu wahren
  • Du zeigst Kreativität und Innovationsgeist zur Entwicklung einzigartiger und ansprechender Eventkonzepte
  • Du verfügst über starke zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten für die effektive Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, Kunden und externen Partnern
  • Du bist teamorientiert und verfügst über Führungsfähigkeiten, um ein motiviertes und erfolgreiches Eventteam zu leiten
  • Du bist flexibel und stehst für die Arbeit an Wochenenden während der Hauptveranstaltungssaison zur Verfügung
  • Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache perfekt, Englisch und Französisch sind von Vorteil
