Leitwert enables patients, care providers and researchers to improve quality of life and health outcomes through deeper insights gained from medical wearable devices. We provide software for wearable devices and the Device Hub IoMT platform for their integration into clinical research and healthcare processes. As an innovative and dynamic startup out of ETH Zurich, we are successfully contributing to the digital health transformation since 2014.

As Sales Representative, you will sell our Device Hub Clinical Trial App to organisations conducting clinical research and build up an effective sales funnel. Together with the product team, you improve the revenue model for scalability and profitability. Your contribution will play a key role in paving the way for the next growth step of the company.

Let’s transform healthcare by enabling health professionals and researchers to gather and interpret health data from wearables and unlock the potential of digital health by leveraging data and AI to improve the quality of life of patients

Tasks

Your Goal

  • Hit sales targets
  • Grow product revenues for Device Hub Clinical Trial App and build up a sustainable sales funnel: from lead generation to deal closing
  • Contribute to improving revenue model for scalability and profitability

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive product sales and build up sales funnel
  • Sell Device Hub Study App for clinical trials from lead generation to deal closing
  • Drive and maintain well documented sales pipeline in our CRM
  • Build and improve sales process
  • improve sales bible, objection handling etc.
  • growth hacking: optimise lead generation

In collaboration with product and operations team

  • improve and refine product market fit through continuous discovery
  • optimise business model for scalability and profitability
Requirements

You have a constructive, proactive and open personality and look forward to working in an agile start-up environment. You work independently, adapt easily to new challenges, and convince with your focus on delivering results. Furthermore, you strongly identify with our values and vision to improve healthcare and clinical research with data from wearable devices.

Your Achievements

  • Track record in growing revenue in a tech. Startup environment
  • Successfully refined commercial and go-to-market strategy for digital products
  • Proven experience in selling complex software products and strong consultancy competence
  • Proven experience in Digital Health market and the field of clinical trials is of advantage
  • Successfully built a high performing sales organisation is of advantage

Your Background

  • Strong Sales background for complex products (software and cloud).
  • Startup Mindset.
  • Familiarity with clinical research industry
  • Ability to advise and educate clients in planning trials, document and convey best practices, in device selection, data flows
  • Ability to review trial protocols
  • Professional network in the health care industry (Medical Device industry, Healthcare Providers, clinical research, Pharmaceutical, Clinical IT) is of advantage

Languages

  • Professional level in English and German.
  • French is advantageous
