An über 90 Standorten sorgen rund 600 Mitarbeitende täglich dafür, dass unsere Kundinnen und Kunden eine kompetente Beratung und einen Topservice geniessen können.

Für unsere Europcar Station am Flughafen Zürich suchen wir eine kundenorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit als Customer Sales Representative 100%.

Was du bei uns bewegen kannst
  • Du berätst unsere internationale Kundschaft in verschiedenen Sprachen am Schalter und am Telefon
  • Du nimmst Reservationen entgegen, erstellst Mietverträge und rechnest sie ab
  • Du erledigst schriftliche Korrespondenz und führst Administrative Aufgaben aus
  • Du erklärst der Kundschaft die Fahrzeuge und deren Ausstattung bei der Abholung
  • Du überprüfst täglich die Fahrzeuge auf Verfügbarkeiten der einzelnen Kategorien
  • Du hast Freude am Verkauf von Zusatzprodukten
Das bringst du mit
  • Freude und Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt sowie sicher im Umgang mit MS 365
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch (mündlich / schriftlich) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Gültiger Fahrausweis der Kategorie B
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität hinsichtlich der Arbeitszeiten, auch am Wochenende
  • Du bist zuverlässig, belastbar und arbeitest gerne selbständig
