Die Scintilla AG ist weltweit verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Fertigung, Marketing und Vertriebskoordination des Zubehörs für Elektrowerkzeuge für Handwerk, Industrie und Heimwerk.

Stellenbeschreibung
- Führen von internationalen Projektteams
- Planung und Steuerung von Projektressourcen, Projektdokumentation sowie Problem
- und Risikomanagement
- Verantwortung für die Erreichung von Projekt KPIs wie Projektzeitplan, Produktqualität und wirtschaftlichen Zielvorgaben unter Berücksichtigung der Kosten und Mitarbeiterkapazitäten
- Mitarbeit in der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Projektmanagement Prozesse und Tools
- Leitung und Organisation von übergeordneten Produktentwicklungs
- und Kommunikationsprojekten von der Konzeptionierung bis zur Produkteinführung (Zubehör für Elektrowerkzeuge)
- Kontinuierliche Präsentation des Projektstandes an das Management und wichtigen Stakeholdern
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit diversen Power Tools Business Units, Zubehörherstellern und der Patentabteilung (System-Entwicklung und Patentmanagement X-LOCK)

Qualifikationen
- Hochschulabschluss in Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in der Produktentwicklung
- Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung in agilen Methoden (Scrum, Design Thinking)
- Gute Kommunikations
- und Konfliktfähigkeiten
- Hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Führungskompetenzen (u.a. Motivation, Feedback geben, Teamentwicklung)
- Eigeninitiative, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
- Sehr gute Selbstorganisation und strukturierte/ systematische Vorgehensweise
- Verhandlungssicher in Englisch und gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Reisetätigkeit ca. 5%
