Ihre Aufgaben
Für unseren Geschäftsbereich 'Weighing & Instrument Components' (MTWIC), welcher für die Industrialisierung und Produktion von Laborwaagen und anderen hochauflösenden gravimetrischen Instrumenten, Terminals, MFR-Kraftsensoren und Leiterplatten für die gesamte MT-Gruppe führend ist, suchen wir am Standort Nänikon-Greifensee per sofort eine/n motivierte/n Head of Logistics & Warehousing (w/m/d).
In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie folgende Tätigkeiten:
- Sie führen das Team Logistics & Warehousing, bestehend aus den Teams Warenein
- und -ausgang, Zentrallager und Interne Transporte mit ca. 30 Mitarbeitenden
- Sie tragen die strategische und operative Verantwortung für den Warenein
- und -ausgang, das Zentrallager und die internen Transporte für MTWIC sowie als Dienstleistung für Dritte
- Sie sind zuständig für die Versorgung der Supermärkte und Produktionslinien der MTWIC Produktionseinheiten sowie als Dienstleistung für Dritte am Standort
- Sie zeichnen verantwortlich für die Kalkulation, Budgetierung, Verhandlung und Veröffentlichung der Preisliste für Servicedienstleistungen sowie die Erstellung der monatlichen Abrechnungen
- Sie monitoren und verbessern Prozesse und Produktivität über entsprechende KPI und stellen eine hohe Transparenz und Effizienz in der Leistungserbringung sicher
Ihr Profil
Folgende Anforderungen stellen wir an diese Position:
- Idealerweise haben Sie eine abgeschlossene höhere Schulausbildung und/oder eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum eidg. dipl. Logistikleiter, DAS/MAS Supply Chain & Operations, DAS/MAS Logistikmanagement
- Sie besitzen mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position mit direkter Führungserfahrung
- Sie verfügen über vertiefte Kenntnisse in SAP und Excel
- Sehr gute planerische und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein systematisches Problemlösungsvorgehen runden Ihr Profil ab
- Sie besitzen fliessende Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
