Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities would include:
- You will understand the different industry segments (e.g. Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals) so that trends and growth opportunities can be identified
- Market size and potential analysis
- Further you will derive requirements for products in close collaboration with product management to support product improvements and portfolio roadmap in order to gain market share for our portfolio
- You will enable all sales channels by shaping sales tools and establish confidence in selling our solutions
- Additionally you will define and execute growth initiatives, together with Market Development, Marketing and Sales Organizations and initiate and coordinate post-launch growth activities
- The development and execution of webinars and seminars, both customer facing and sales facing belongs also to you task as the ongoing improvement of customer-journey and -satisfaction
- As a further interesting and challenging task you will actively support the Head of Product Group in the strategy and roadmap development
What You Need to Succeed
- Following requirements are necessary for this role:
- You have a bachelor or master degree in engineering, natural science, marketing or business administration with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in international B2B business
- Knowledge of laboratory products within relevant segments would be a big asset
- You are experienced in marketing and in working with or in sales organizations, preferred in the laboratory instrumentation environment
- You describe yourself as an analytical and technical skilled person combined with commercial understanding and strong customer focus
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English and German is a must - any other language is a plus
