**DEIN IMPACT**:
Mit Hospitality im Herzen legen wir höchsten Wert auf das Wohlergehen unserer Kunden. Als Customer Journey Trainee lernst du unvergessliche Erlebnisse für unsere Kunden durch Kommunikation, Content Creation und Produkt Design zu gestalten.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- **Kommunikation**: Mitgestaltung des wöchentlichen Newsletters wie auch weitere Kommunikationsmaterial an Endkunden.
- **Customer Experience Projekte**: Mitgestaltung von Kundengeschenkboxen und Einweihungs
- und Überraschungsevents.
- **Events**: Ab und zu besuchst du Kundenevents, um dem Kundenerlebnis möglichst nah zu sein.
- **B2C Marketing**: Du überlegst dir aktiv Strategien, wie wir noch mehr Kunden erreichen können.

**WER DU BIST**:

- Du bist **kreativ** und liebst es **Geschichten** zu erzählen.
- Du bist stark im **Schreiben** und hast ein Auge für **Design** und Ästhetik.
- Du sprichst und schreibst perfekt auf **Deutsch**, und kannst dich gut auf **Englisch** verständigen.
- Dir macht es **Spass Kunden glücklich** zu machen und du zeigst viel Empathie für die Customer Experience.
- FELFEL ist ein **Nichtraucherunternehmen** - während der Arbeit rauchst du nicht, tagsüber geht es um herzhaftes Essen. :)
