Executive Assistant, Executive Search

We are on the lookout for talented new recruits to join our team We currently have an opportunity for an Executive Search PMO / Assistant that will be responsible for providing search support, project coordination and office administration. We are a cohesive team working in the spirit of partnership and transparency to best support our clients in the quest for senior talent that will help shape their organisations.
Supporting both the search practice and career advisory service division, critical attributes of this position include the ability to handle multiple priorities, the flexibility to prioritize and adapt to changing demands, and to achieve project milestones.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing project coordination for all search mandates liaising seamlessly across partners / consultants, the talent acquisition team, and our clients.
- Report writing, and preparation of PowerPoint presentations
- Social / digital media, supporting with communication, and posting both externally and on our website.
Criteria:
- Administrative experience
- ideally in a consulting firm or executive search organisation that operates at the highest standards and where customer experience is the driving force
- Articulate, with excellent writing ability and communication skills to liaise with multiple levels and cultures, specifically at senior executive level where our core business lies
- Advanced MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint, experience using CRM is a plus
- Languages: As an international company, we require business fluent English, with a high preference for fluency in French as well. Other languages a plus given the global projects we deliver.
- A team player, working as part of a small cohesive team to achieve project success with the discretion inherent to work in a confidential environment.

**Salary**: CHF75,000.00 - CHF90,000.00 per year
