INAIT is an AI scale-up founded in 2017 by Henry Markram, renowned professor in neuroscience, director of EPFL’s Blue Brain Project (BBP) and co-founder of Frontiers. INAIT has raised CHF 55 million to fulfill its mission: solve the most challenging business problems using our unique neuro-inspired AI based on BBP’s works.
We offer B2B and B2C products and solutions in computer vision, forecasting and document understanding across industries: automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, trading and scientific publishing.
We are a team of 40+ ambitious & creative talents who is looking for impact-driven product managers. You will join our daughter companies’ founding teams to build, scale and ship our computer vision or document understanding products. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with AI specialists, software engineers, remote UX designers, marketing agencies and synchronize with business and technical partners across INAIT such as our product manager, product owners and investors.

**Your mission**
Your mission as a user-obsessed product manager with an appetite for growth strategies is to drive our products to reach the next level of scale. You will be responsible of the entire product lifecycle: consolidate the product vision, lead the product development and many experiments along the way, use data to ship the best version of the product and iterate on it, establish and execute growth strategies.
**Your responsibilities**
- Understand the pain points and needs of users through qualitative studies (surveys, interviews, user journey mapping) and tools (Hotjar, Amplitude ).
- Define and communicate product roadmap and go-to-market strategies, ensure alignment with key stakeholders
- Analyze the market and competitive landscape to ensure that our product is always a step ahead of the competition
- Be the advocate of users within the team: ensure that customer needs are understood
- Drive product development and implement best-in-class user experience working closely with your team, UX/UI designers, partners and stakeholders. You are accountable for the value delivered to our customers
- Drive experimentations: prioritize hypotheses to validate, define testing plans and analyze results
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key growth product initiatives focused on creating experiences to drive user engagement and retention
- Keep a constant eye on your success metrics and find ways to optimize user satisfaction and business goals through our product
- Support pre-sales activities, through the creation of sales collateral and evangelization of the product vision
**Requirements**:
**Preferred experience**
- You have min 3 years of experience working as a Product Manager, preferably in a fast-growing software or AI-based startup or business
- You are familiar in working within a software environment and good technical understanding of AI/ML
- You have a solid track record of driving concrete results and have experience in delivering web or mobile products of a significant scale from scratch
- You are very user oriented and have an experimental mindset: hitting objectives through testing, learning and iterating, and you have experience with A/B testing and product ops tools like Pendo, Hotjar, Amplitude
- You have a strong business sense, and you are very interested in growth and marketing topics, even better you have experience with gamification and other tactics in acquisition, retention, conversion, referral programs or viral loops
- You work with agile methodologies
- Language: Fluent English mandatory, fluent French preferable, German is a plus
