**Job Description**:
With more than 25 brands, Estée Lauder Companies is the global leader in prestige beauty, recognized for its fragrances, skin care, make-up, and hair care products. In Switzerland, Estée Lauder has the main Supply Chain Hub for Travel Retail and EMEA. We are now looking for an experienced Project Engineer Building Infrastructure to join our team in Galgenen.

In this role you will be responsible for the planning and execution of facility CAPEX projects for all sites. This can be building modifications, HVAC installations, fire prevention systems, access, systems, burglary and CCTV-systems or office modifications. In addition, sustainability projects like photovoltaic, e-mobility and energy reducing measures, safety and security initiatives.
It is important to have a strong CAD-know how in order to quickly work out drafts for proposals and also maintaining accurate building layouts and P&I schematics.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Handling of infrastructure projects from concept to handover to operations
- Obtaining offers, generate value of benefit analysis and prepare business cases
- Maintain CAD-layouts and P&I schematics
- Budget management and spending plans in accordance with the global engineering team
- Manage projects in Quickbase
- Generating project timelines in MS-Project
- Oversee and manage external contractors
- Maintain CAD database for all locations
- Obtain and maintain manuals and technical documents
- Support the facility team in the development of maintenance plans for new infrastructure
- Implement safety and security initiatives with regards to buildings and infrastructure
- Demonstrate strong teamwork capability in performing the job with peers as well with external counterparts (partners/suppliers/staff etc.)

**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who brings:

- HLK-Engineer or HLK-professional
- CAD (AutoCAD) knowledge, BIM knowledge is an asset
- Good expertise in alike industry (distribution centers and industrial like infrastructures)
- Good communication and conflict management skills
- Convincing personality with a strong service orientation
- Strong conceptual thinker and problem solver
- High flexibility and ownership
- Good German skills and basic English skills
- Good expertise in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project)
