Hobson Prior are seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to join a fantastic pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in Lachen. Our client is focused on cultivating and producing remedies for people in a few therapeutic areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of clinical trials and the clinical trial operation in Europe and globally under limited supervision and direction.
- Accountability for the effective execution of clinical study projects.
- Independent site management of investigative sites, external study vendors and oversight of contractors.
- Contribute to the development, writing and reviewing of clinical trial documents and manuals.
- Have input in the probability assessments and evaluation of investigative sites.
- Evaluate and overview monitoring reports.

**Requirements**:

- Attained a Biological and/or clinical science or nurse/study nurse background.
- At least 3 years of experience in clinical research as a Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) in a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology company (monitoring, study management).
- Prepared to travel at least 10% of the time.
- A self-starter who requires mínimal supervision.
- Outstanding German and English written and spoken abilities.
