**We are seeking**:
Octapharma is seeking for their headquarters a motivated young professional to join the International Business Unit Critical Care as a Junior Global Medical Customer Manager Critical Care.

You will support the Global Brand Manager and Global Medical Customer Managers in all strategic medical marketing and communication activities on a global level for an assigned portfolio throughout the entire lifecycle.
The newly created position enables you to grow into all operative and strategic tasks involved in international brand management, training and communication. With the support and training of the experienced business unit team, you will gradually become a key specialist for the assigned products and indications. This role will give you the opportunity to make a significant contribution to current and future live saving medication and treatment strategies in Critical Care and Emergency Medicine.

**Your main responsibilities and opportunities**:

- Contribution to global marketing plans and strategies
- Support of planning and execution of global and regional marketing activities
- Responsible for development and production of global marketing tools
- Support of the alignment of global marketing plans and strategies with the national affiliates
- Support of local marketing and sales teams and answering product and market related questions
- Contribution to organisation of national and international congresses and meetings
- Support of international opinion leader communication and development
- Supporting the execution of scientific publication programme
- Responsible for the management of life cycle management projects
- Support the development and execution of clinical programs
- Contribution to internal and external specialist training
- Responsible for collecting and processing market information and competitor intelligence
- Responsible for developing and maintaining product related online information and websites
- Act professionally in a diverse international framework

**Your profile**:

- You have a medical science / life science background (university degree). Previous 1-2 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience in specialty care or orphan drugs is regarded as a plus.
- You are used to work diligently with scientific information and clinical data.
- You are able to translate scientific knowledge into marketing messages to the point and develop suitable tactical measures to enable successful market communication.
- You are a strong team player in international teams and able to independently execute marketing related projects.
- You are efficient and know how to prioritize your work.
- You have excellent communication, presentation and motivation skills and are a PC literate.
- You come across as willing to learn, open-minded, creative, and self-motivated
- You are familiar with working together with multiple nationalities.
- You are willing to travel (approximately 15%).
- Very good English language skills are essential; German and additional languages are regarded as a plus.
