Für einen unserer namhaften Bankkunden rekrutieren wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Head of Product (m/w/d) für den Standort in Basel. In dieser spannenden Funktion sind Sie unter anderem für folgende Themen zuständig:
**Aufgabenbereich**
- Sie bilden die Bedürfnisse der Kundinnen und Kunden mit den operativen und strategischen Prioritäten des Konzerns in den Product Backlogs Ihrer Gruppe ab
- Sie entwickeln mit Ihrer Gruppe die Customer Journeys und Geschäftsprozesse des ganzen Konzerns weiter und gewährleisten auch den sicheren und performanten Betrieb (DevSecOps)
- Sie transformieren gemeinsam mit Ihrer Gruppe die Arbeitsweise in Richtung Product Engineering, also eine Vereinigung von Product Discovery und Software Engineering
- Sie modernisieren und migrieren die IT-Applikationslandschaft gemeinsam mit Ihren Kolleginnen und Kollegen in der Gruppe Platform Engineering in die Cloud

**Anforderungsprofil**
- Sie lieben die transformative Führung und Entwicklung von Menschen in komplexem organisatorischem und inhaltlichem Terrain
- Sie suchen Herausforderungen, lösen Probleme strukturiert und nachhaltig
- Sie kommunizieren klar und empfängergerecht und interagieren auf allen organisatorischen Ebenen selbstständig und souverän
- Sie haben bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon einige Jahre in Product Management oder Software Engineering
- Sie haben einen Master, ein MBA oder Ph.D. einer renommierten Universität in einem relevanten Studiengang wie z.B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Kognitive Psychologie oder Natur
- resp. Ingenieurswissenschaften
