**Die Position**:
Als Sparring Partner auf Augenhöhe für das Management in den Unternehmensbereichen Operations und Products treffen Sie auf ein dynamisches Umfeld, welches es stetig weiter zu entwickeln gilt und damit grossen Gestaltungsspielraum bietet. Operations umfasst die Funktionen Produktion, Einkauf, Supply Chain, Materialmanagement, Qualitätssicherung und Logistik, während Products die Produktentwicklung und das Produktmanagement vereint. Als Head of Controlling Operations & Products leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur nachhaltigen Wirtschaftlichkeit beider Bereiche und damit des gesamten Unternehmens. Sie berichten direkt an den Head of Controlling & Treasury.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie verantworten die finanzielle Führung der Unternehmensbereiche Operations und Products
- Als Sparring Partner entwickeln Sie gemeinsam mit dem Management der Bereiche die informierte, vorausschauende und strategisch abgestützte Entscheidungsfindung
- Sie führen zielorientiert und fördern die Entwicklung ihrer Mitarbeitenden
- Arbeiten bei der Entwicklung der strategischen Ausrichtung der Funktionen mit, treiben und unterstützen die Strategieumsetzung in nationalen und internationalen Projekten
- Sie verantworten eine effiziente und aussagekräftige Produktkalkulation und bringen die Anwendung von anerkannten Standards in diesem Bereich voran
- Sie arbeiten methodenkompetent an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse (u.a. in SAP S4/Hana) mit, identifizieren und verwirklichen Optimierungs
- und Effizienzpotenziale
- Pflegen und entwickeln zeitgemässe und zielführende Controlling-Instrumente, periodische Berichte und ad-hoc Analysen und fördern damit die datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung
- Sie erstellen Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen, Business Cases und Investitionsrechnungen, einschliesslich Realisierungsüberprüfung sowie deren Überführung in Budgets, Forecasts und Mittelfristplanungen als Teil der performance-orientierten Steuerung
- Setzen die Pricing-Strategie global um, definieren und implementieren Listenpreis Anpassungen und achten dabei auf Stringenz zwischen internem und externem Pricing

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Fokus auf Controlling
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion in industrieller Umgebung mit Fokus auf Produktionsprozesse
- Analysestärke, Methodenkompetenz und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Proaktive und offene Haltung gegenüber kontinuierlicher Verbesserung und Änderungen
- Hohe Führungskompetenz und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von ERP-Prozessen (von Vorteil in SAP CO, FI und MM) und BI-Tools sowie geübter Umgang mit Excel
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
