Head Human Resources, Member of the Executive Board

Aufgaben
You will report directly to the CEO and lead a highly qualified global Corporate HR team with Senior HR Business Partners, Talent & Development Managers, HR Project Managers and HR Specialists (HR Services, Payroll, etc.).
Together with your team, you support the management and employees in the successful implementation of the business strategy and influence the sustainable performance of the company.
You are the first point of contact for the Board of Directors and top management globally on all HR-related issues.
Together with the Global HR Business Partners and the management team, you will successfully implement the strategic HR processes in topics such as leadership & culture, organizational development, talent management, compensation model, etc. You will set the standards for integrity and compliance.

You will be responsible for the content and implementation of HR services, transactions, programs and initiatives, etc.
Qualifikation
We are looking for a winning, well-structured and resilient, empathetic personality with an excellent track record in leading global HR organizations in multinational companies and expect
- excellent university degree in (organizational) psychology and/or business administration,
- broad strategic operational HR leadership experience at a global level from dynamically managed listed technology companies,
- knowledge of the special requirements for listed companies in Switzerland, incl. GAV, etc.,
- profound knowledge especially in the areas of Management Resource Planning (MRP)/Succession Management, Talent Management, Retention, Compensation & Benefits, incl. remuneration systems (LTI), PF foundation management, etc.,
- high flexibility, mobility and negotiation skills in German and English.
