We are looking for a Head of Product that helps us to lead a group of product managers to create the best-in-class post-sale experience for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the product strategy
- Lead and grow a team of Product Managers to be the best version of themselves, taking care of their career journey and improving together every day
- Build strong relationships with the different stakeholders
- Monitor the performance of the main KPIs
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement
**Qualifications**:
- Have been working as a product person in a digital business for at least 5 years, of which 3 are as the manager of product managers. Preferably in the area related to customer service.
- You have experience in leveling up a team of product managers.
- Solid hands-on experience as a Product Manager. You have a proven record of delivering products that customers love.
- You are passionate about solving problems that matter. You ask why, you team up with the research team and you dig into the root causes of a problem.
- You are always eager to learn. You know industry thought leaders such as Marty Cagan, Eric Ries, and Terresa Torres.
- You are a data-driven and highly analytical problem solver. You use OKRs and KPIs to define your strategy and to measure progress
- You have the courage to be bold and make difficult decisions.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English
