**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Provide both technical and administrative leadership for a segment of the Data Management team (approximately 15 employees)
- Take on content responsibility with the team for:

- Leading the migration of our services to the cloud, playing a crucial role in shaping our future through technology and team development
- Creating new reports in various formats
- Setting up and configuring new ETL processes
- Evaluating and introducing the latest technologies
- Shaping the future of Worldline Business Intelligence
- Maintaining and optimizing the data platform and reporting systems
- Providing productive support with the team (24/7)
- Leading team members professionally

**Who Are We Looking For**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Management, or Information Technology
- Leadership mindset, ideally with direct line mangement experience
- Practical experience with data management, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Deep and comprehensive knowledge of data management functions and tools: metadata, standardization/validation services, data quality, reference and master data management
- Customer-oriented, analytical, and independent working style
- Experience with technologies such as:

- PL/SQL Oracle DB systems, PostgreSQL, MySQL
- DB and DWH architecture as well as SQL query tuning
- Google Cloud, serverless architectures, Terraform, or CloudFormation
- Informatica Power Center or other ETL tools
- GitLab / GitHub
- Fluent in German and English
