- HEAD OF GLOBAL ECOMMERCE DEVELOPMENT (M/W/D)

IN DER ABTEILUNG ECOMMERCE AM HAUPTSITZ IN LUZERN
- IHRE AUFGABEN- Definition der globalen eCommerce und Omni-Channel-Strategie unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Trends & Industrie Benchmarks im digitalen Ökosystem
- Ableitung der Plattformstrategie sowie technische und kommerzielle Weiterentwicklung der eCommerce Plattform
- Product, Project & Stakeholder Management intern wie extern
- Selektion & Management relevanter Partner, Vendoren und Agenturen
- Verantwortung des globalen Website-Relaunch-Programmes
- Regelmässige Updates des Senior Managements und der Geschäftsleitung
- Führen von 5 internen Mitarbeitenden und ca.15 externen Mitarbeitenden
- Transparente Darstellung und Kommunikation der Entwicklungsaktivitäten
- Einhaltung Kosten
- und Budgetvorgaben
- Vertretung der eCommerce-Interessen im Austausch mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- IHRE KOMPETENZEN- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbaren Qualifikationen, idealerweise Master / MBA
- Gutes Verständnis von Digitalstrategie und dem digitalen Ökosystem Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von globalen eCommerce-Strategien
- Erfahrung im Partnership
- und Vendoren MGMT
- Erfahrung im Retailumfeld wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in der Ausarbeitung einer Omni-Channel-Strategie und effizienten Traffic Acquisition
- Fähigkeit zur Durchführung von Benchmark
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und der Projektmanagement
- Kenntnisse in der Weiterentwicklung von eCommerce-Plattformen, idealerweise Salesforce
- Ausgeprägte kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
