**_ Ihre Aufgabe_**:
In Abstimmung mit der Unternehmensstrategie widmen Sie sich der **Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der** **Marken
- und Kommunikationsstrategie**. Dabei versehen Sie die Werte, die Vision und Strategie Ihrer Arbeitgeberin mit der passenden kommunikativen Verpackung. So formen und festigen Sie einen effektiven **kommunikativen Schirm** über die verschiedenen Ländergesellschaften und Divisionen der Gruppe - mit einem besonderen Augenmerk auf die **interne Kommunikation**. Ebenso positionieren Sie das Unternehmen und seine Marken glaubwürdig und prägnant in den **relevanten Märkten** und bei den gewichtigen **externen Zielgruppen**. Issues und Brand Management, Medienarbeit, Employer Branding, Nachhaltigkeit, die Website, das Social-Media-Portfolio, Events und das Kommunikations-Budget sind dabei nur einige Ihrer zahlreichen Fokusthemen. Bei diesem vielseitigen Potpourri an Aufgaben werden Sie von Ihrem dreiköpfigen **Team, den dezentralen Business Units und externen Partner:innen** unterstützt. Über alle Marken
- und Kommunikationsbelange agieren Sie als **geschätzte:r Sparringspartner:in und Berater:in für die Konzernleitung** des Unternehmens - und nicht zuletzt als dessen **Mediensprecher:in**.

**_ Ihr Profil_**:
Sie besitzen ein abgeschlossenes **Hochschulstudium mit Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft, **Unternehmenskommunikation oder Marketing **sowie mehrjährige Praxis in **Corporate Communications**, idealerweise in der **Retail-Branche**. Als «Tüpfchen auf dem i» verfügen Sie sogar über **internationale Erfahrung** in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit dem **Top-Management** in einem dynamischen Umfeld. So oder so: Sie haben sich **strategisches und operatives Knowhow** in der Unternehmenskommunikation angeeignet. Dank Ihrem redaktionellem Geschick, organisatorischem Talent und einem unternehmerischen Macher-Gen, etablieren Sie sich rundum als kompetente:r und respektierte:r Ansprechpartner:in. Mit den **digitalen Medien und Tools** sind Sie ebenso per Du wie mit allen Mitarbeitenden im Unternehmen. Sie sind souverän im Auftritt, bestechen durch eine integre, aufgeschlossene, teamfähige und gleichzeitig durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit und scheuen sich nicht vor **noch ungefestigten Strukturen**.
