Vielseitig und spannend gestaltet sich die Aufgabe bei unserer Mandantin, einem international tätigen, börsenkotierten Industrieunternehmen mit rund 2'500 Mitarbeitenden an 26 Standorten. Für den Hauptsitz im Grossraum Zürich suchen wir eine fachlich versierte, überzeugende Persönlichkeit als Head of Marketing, Corporate Communications und Investor Relations.

Sie verantworten die Kommunikation (intern und extern) auf Gruppenstufe, die starke Positionierung der Marke und unterstützen die verschiedenen Geschäftsbereiche bei der Erarbeitung ihrer Marketing
- und Kommunikationsstrategie. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem sechsköpfigen Team in Zürich, UK, USA und Neuseeland beraten Sie die Geschäftsbereiche im Produktmarketing, helfen bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Messeauftritte und tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für eine ansprechende Präsentation des Unternehmens in allen relevanten Kommunikationskanälen und weltweiten Fachmedien. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem CEO und CFO betreuen Sie die Investoren und Analysten, organisieren Medienkonferenzen, die Generalversammlung sowie Roadshows. Beim Erstellen des Halbjahres-, Jahres
- und Nachhaltigkeitsberichts übernehmen Sie eine koordinierende, federführende Rolle. Zudem stellen Sie sicher, dass sämtliche börsen
- und compliance-relevanten Anforderungen jederzeit erfüllt sind. Die internationale Ausrichtung Ihrer Aufgabe bringt eine rund 30%-ige Reisetätigkeit mit sich.

Neben einem Bachelor in Kommunikation, Marketing oder Medienwissenschaften bringen Sie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in einem börsenkotierten Industrieunternehmen mit und sind mit den entsprechenden Kommunikationsanforderungen bestens vertraut. Hinzu kommen ausgezeichnete PR-und IR-Kenntnisse. Sie sind erfahren in der Umsetzung von erfolgreichen MarCom-Strategien durch eine zielführende Kombination der relevanten Kommunikationskanäle, ergänzt durch starke Messeauftritte. Sie sind kommunikationsstark, besitzen einen griffigen Schreibstil und sehr gute Projektmanagementfähigkeiten. Die Vielfalt Ihrer Aufgaben verlangt eine vorausschauende Planung, richtiges Priorisieren, Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte, effiziente und genaue Arbeitsweise.
