Overview:
Bio-Rad in Cressier is currently looking for **Quality Control Specialist** (M/F/d) - 100%.
**HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT**:
**Contribute to projects / activities related to the production of IH (**Immuno-hematology) **network**:
- Coordinate activities relating to the different project phases.
- Monitor, follow and report to core team.
- Support / Implementation of Quality Control processes in manufacturing areas according to adapted regulations, including Validation/Qualification activities.
**Effectively support the manufacturing operations**:
- Ensure safety in each operation performed in the Area (Safety)
- Garantee GMP and SOPs and trainings to produce quality products (Quality)
- Organize the ressources, men & machine, to deliver the products in time (Delivery)
- Prepare, ensure and follow compliance with budgets by reducing costs (Costs)
- Implement defined and approved strategic goals
**Implement and maintain a Continuous improvement culture**:
- Contribute and develop employees on Lean Tools and problem solving
- Continuous improvement of processes and/or cost reduction in your area
- Support HSSE & CI initiatives
**WHAT YOU BRING**:
- 3-5 years in a similar position
- Desired experience in immunohematology products, QC processes
- Desired expertise in Quality and cGMP and FDA/ANVISA requirements
- Knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies
- Validation and Qualification skills
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Pragmatism thinking
- Good communication, presentation, moderation, problem solving skills
- French & English. German is a plus
