The Pall Sarl Quality Manager is responsible to manage all aspects of site Quality and Regulatory Affairs activity to support business objectives and defined CVD’s. High degree of customer focus to support business growth and customer satisfaction. In addition to the direct responsibility of Pall S.a.r.l., he/she is responsible for supervising and monitoring all tolling sites, project management entities, sales entities and distribution sites as QARA and continuous improvement leaders.
This position is part of the Capital Goods QARA Organization and will be based in Fribourg, Switzerland.
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Lead Continuous improvement and lean activities projects such as Problem Solving, Visual Management, TPI
- Creation and Implementation of an effective QMS in line with Pall global and tolling sites requirements
- Lead and Supervise Supplier Quality activities for Pall Sarl
- Manage all quality activities related to the Contractors and End-users projects system business such as ARAMCO, Total, BP, Heineken etc.
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
- Must be fluent in English, Good oral and written communication skills.
- Approved by Aramco as Quality Control Supervisor with a SAP code and with minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas (industrial) experience.
- Bachelor Graduate (or) University Degree in engineering /manufacturing/QA or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive quality assurance or Continuous Improvement experience.
- Must be proficient at Excel, SAP, Smartsolve, QlickView and able to analyze and interpret data.
- Thorough understanding of ISO 9001 and certified ISO 9001 lead auditor with audit management experience, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) certified & GMP knowledge.
- Must have Supplier Quality Management experience.
- Strong Knowledge with Halal regulations.
- Experienced with all Industrial Business Units (Aerospace, Marine, Energy, Oil & Gas, MicroE and Food & Beverages).
- Strong work experience in a global / matrix organization.
- Must be willing to travel up to 50%-70% of the time as per the business need.
**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
