Is the idea of driving digital transformation and powering a growing business with data-driven insights something that appeals to you? We seek a well-rounded data analytics leader to provide insights on our flagship brands at i-Health and help grow our business globally. You will develop the right data science & analytics insights to drive immediate and long-term value across the value chain. You will initiate, develop and integrate data analytics capabilities to accelerate the development, industrialization and adoption of data analytics within the i-Health organization. Come help us create value for consumers, customers, employees and partners and showcase the scientifically backed brands of i-Health, a subsidiary of DSM. You’ll report directly to the VP, Global Marketing, Analytics and R&D.

**You’ll be responsible to**:

- Lead the development and implementation of the i-Health Digital Transformation, defining and prioritizing Use Cases
- Build partnerships with business owners and digital and analytics solutions teams across the i-Health and DSM organizations
- Work in agile teams to deliver data products that solve business needs and contribute value for the organization
- Influence business leaders and teams to drive culture shift to a data-fluent organization

**This position is part of the hybrid work model, spending 2 days in the Kaiseraugst office, with the balance of the work week from a home based office.**

**What we like to see in your experience**:

- Minimum of 10 years of product management experience in the Digital space required
- Minimum 5 years leading a virtual global team and minimum 5 years of experience on operational/tactical level of digital transformation & data analytics
- Experience working CPG or B2C businesses
- Experience working in a dynamic digital environment with an Agile work mode is highly preferred
- Comfortable translating business needs to developers/technical team members
- Strong team leadership skills, demonstrated in analytical, innovative or digital environments
- Business acumen and leading without authority
- Deep understanding of global market and business dynamics and data landscape to CPG/nutritional supplements/OTC products
- Experience delivering value through data solutions across the value chain
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree a plus
