We are now looking for a **Product Manager** that is part of **FIFA** and supports us on our mission.

These are your key tasks:

- Being accountable for the complete lifecycle of the Products in-scope including delivery, operations and release planning
- Establishing and maintaining a trustful relationship with the business stakeholders
- Creating and agreeing together with the business stakeholders a product long-term vision, roadmap and strategy
- Facilitating and driving alignment among key stakeholders on a set of requirements that bring business value
- Building and maintaining Product awareness and coordinating the Product roadmap across the organization
- Creating and maintaining the Product backlog according to the priorities given by the business stakeholders
- Leading the Product backlog delivery ensuring continuous acceptance from the business throughout the delivery
- Ensuring the Product delivers a high-quality User Experience
- Facilitating the engagement and coordination of all areas involved
- Facilitating and driving the actions that lead to the definition of the Product budget, as well as ensuring its efficient management and utilization throughout the Product lifecycle
- Identifying risks relevant to the Product and proposing risk treatment strategies
- Managing suppliers and third-party stakeholders involved in the delivery of the products. Leading and managing bids for product and service acquisition in accordance with applicable processes and governance

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

- University degree or similar higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in business relationship management in the context of technology
- Proven record of successful deliveries of various complexities within global and multi-cultural organizations
- Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software delivery
- In-depth knowledge of DevOps and various delivery methodologies: such as Agile and Waterfall
- Experience managing and engaging with third party vendors
- Certification in one or more of different delivery methodologies, e.g. PSPO, PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master is an advantage
- Strong experience in Service Management and ITIL Framework is an advantage
- At least 10 years of proven work experience in IT roles; ideally within Delivery, Operations, Product Management areas or related
- Proven experience in business relationship management in the context of technology
- At least 5 years of experience as Product Manager for technology solutions
- Perfect knowledge of English and business fluency in at least a second language (Spanish, German or French)
- Ability to handle delicate customer relationships, manage perceptions and expectations fluently.
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for longer periods (30 days or more)
