**HR Business Partner 60-80%**:
**DESCRIZIONE DELLA MISSIONE**:

- **Gestione del personale **( annunci malattia/infortuni, controllo presenze/assenze dipendenti, controllo orari di lavoro, richiesta permessi di lavoro, gestione entrate/uscite dipendenti, gestione assenze prolungate);
- Creazione manuale HR;
- Selezione e reclutamento del personale (annuncio lavoro, screening CV, valutazione, colloqui);
- Implementazione del sistema di gestione delle risorse umane;
- Progetti di formazione e sviluppo del personale;
- Sviluppo piani di carriera e piani si successione;
- Seguire gli apprendisti in Job-sharing;
- Ricerca e scelta dei fornitori per la formazione;
- Collaborazione nello sviluppo del progetto CSR;
- Organizzazione e gestione in collaborazione con HR Manager della formazione dei dipendenti ed eventuali progetti HR;
- Amministrazione risorse umane in sostituzione dell'HR Specialist;
- Gestione, insieme all'HR Specialist, di salute, sicurezza e ambiente;

**PROFILO PREVISTO**:

- Attestato di Specialista del Personale più CAS in Project Management costituisce titolo preferenziale;
- Esperienza di 5-6 anni in ruolo analogo, in una realtà preferibilmente industriale;
- Conoscenza e comprensione delle logiche industriali;
- Conoscenza dei meccanismi di acquisizione del personale(temporaneo, fisso, Head Hinting, piattaforme Linkedin );
- Conoscenza del diritto del lavoro Svizzero e funzionamento dei contratti collettivi di lavoro;
- Conoscenza del funzionamento delle assicurazioni sociali;
- Buona conoscenza dei sistemi informatici;
- Capacità di conduzione dei colloqui;
- Conoscenza di una seconda lingua nazionale e dell'inglese costituiscono titolo preferenziale;
- ** Part-Time con Percentuale variabile tra il 60 e l'80%.**
