As a Project Controller reporting to the Head of Regional Controlling CH/FL, you will be acting as a financial business partner towards project Delivery in CH/FL and take ownership of a client implementation project portfolio for CH/FL.

**Your key tasks**
- Act as a Financial Business Partner to the Project Management teams, providing Project Managers and other internal stakeholders with financial recommendations on project portfolios.
- In a close collaboration with Project Managers, perform projects’ planning, budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing, etc.
- Participate in monthly project performance review meetings with Project Manager: discuss progress, review status, propose actions and report them to the senior management.
- Be proactive actor in highlighting and solving projects financial issues involving all relevant stakeholders with an end to end problem solving approach.
- In case of an escalation, report to the responsible Project Manager and Regional Head of Controlling, and take over other Performance Management tasks in related areas, when required.
- Educate and implement strong “controller-thinking” mentality within the Project Management team.
- Prepare monthly financial meeting materials for regional business areas and maintain historical financial data of project.
- Perform the data insertion and maintenance of the approved business cases /project requests in SAP.
- Ensure that project requests are correctly filled in and documented by the Project Managers.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Project Controller / Business Controller in outsourcing, IT or project consultancy business is a must.
- Solid competences in accounting procedures.
- Full proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience in a multi-national matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to details and ability to work with tight deadlines.
- High motivation, resilience and good interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.

**It would be a real bonus if you have**
- CA, ACCA or CPA Certification.
- SAP user experience (esp. FI, CO, MM).
- Italian, German and French language skills.
