We are looking for a German speaking, energetic, and **experienced Customer Service Associate **interested in having a high-impact role in a **fast-growing scale-up**.
We are searching for someone that can **improve and automate **our customer service. Our vision is to automate and generalise as much as possible in order to facilitate our scalability and to provide a first class service to our customers.
The position is **open immediately **and it will take place either remotely, or from one of our offices (Lausanne, Bristol, Lyon, Berlin (soon), Barcelona (soon)). The salary will be discussed during interviews. Show us what you are made of, and we will offer you **opportunities to grow with us**

Smeetz is the #1 data-driven ticketing and dynamic pricing SaaS for attractions and cultural venues to optimize revenue and occupancy. With Smeetz for Business, we provide our customers with an all-in-one solution to manage, market, and price their products efficiently by leveraging data and approaching sales from a tech-savvy perspective.
Smeetz was founded 4 years ago in Switzerland, and since then we have expanded considerably and is now growing internationally. The company is composed of more than 40 team members, some at our head office in Switzerland and some based remotely across their target market countries.
**About the role**
Your role is to ensure that we have the best customer service. You will serve as the customer’s first touch point and proof of Smeetz quality. Routine is not part of our daily life at Smeetz. In a day, your responsibilities can go from liaising with the product team to assisting a customer to managing the creation of an onboarding video for platform users.
1) Customer service and tech support
- Work on operational support to deliver the best customer experience.
- Report problems/needs encountered by the customer to the product/dev team and manage the delivery of the resolutions/improvements to the customer.
- Manage Level 1 inquiries and follow up on their resolution while updating clients.
- Create Level 2 requests and manage the ones you can solve
- Create Level 3 issues for the dev team.
- Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.
- Identify common customer challenges to suggest better solutions.
- Create knowledge articles and videos to ease customers’ journey into the product.
2) Project Management
- Collect project-specific info and build project requirements in collaboration with other team members.
- Manage the deadlines and deliverables from the different departments.
- Manage customer satisfaction throughout the project implementation.

- **Excellent levels of German and English required**. French is a plus
