**DEIN WEG ZUM MANAGEMENT-TRAINEE-PROGRAMM**

Unser **12-monatiges** Management-Trainee-Programm wurde entwickelt, um zukünftige Führungskräfte in 3 Schlüsselfunktionen unseres Unternehmens zu fördern und zu entwickeln**:Marketing, Business Development und E-commmerce**.

Du wirst vollständig in das Tagesgeschäft eines Managers einbezogen und bist für deine Projekte mitverantwortlich. Jede Rotation wird spezifische Leistungszielen und Herausforderungen beinhalten.

Du wirst praktische Erfahrungen innerhalb eines erfolgreichen, marktführenden Beauty Unternehmens sammeln, und mit einigen der leidenschaftlichsten und kreativsten Menschen zusammenarbeiten um von ihnen zu lernen. Dazu kommen auch Weltklasse-Trainings und Entwicklungprogramme - basierend auf den persönlichen Bedürfnissen. Nach Abschluss des Programms erwartet dich eine lohnende und herausfordernde Karriere bei L'Oréal.

**ÜBER DICH**
- Du bist **Masterabsolvent** mit **mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung (inklusive Praktikum)**. Du bist an einer Karriere im Einzelhandel und in der FMCG-Branche interessiert und verfügst über gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Marktes.
- Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch (bzw. Schweizerdeutsch), Französisch und Englisch.
- Du bist ein offener Teamplayer und nimmst gerne neue Herausforderungen an.
- Du bist analytisch, zeigst aber auch Interesse für unsere Produkte, Trends und für Beauty generell.
- Du bist proaktiv, selbstständig und zuverlässig und zögerst nicht deine Projekte mit Empowerment und Elan zu steuern.
- Du kannst mit MS Office-Programmen umgehen, insbesondere Teams, Excel und PowerPoint.
