**ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONAL SAFETY TRAINEE (Geneva - Switzerland)**:
For our Technical and Safety Department and under the responsibility of the Head of Operational Safety, we are looking for an administrative operational safety trainee to support day-to-day administrative tasks related to the safety matters of all circuits and roads, including operational, rescue and medical safety regulations in all FIA Championships.
**MISSIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Administrative support of the Operational Safety group.
- Assist with the creation and publication of guidelines on operational safety practices from around the world for circuit and road sport events.
- Track the approval process for circuits and medical centres.
- Compile detailed event reports for distribution to key event stakeholders.
- Receive and process event documents relating to the provision of medical and rescue services, including but not limited to race reports from medical delegates, event medical questionnaires, pit lane coverage reports, etc.
- Assist with the organisation of various meetings and events, such as workshops, webinars and summits.
- Provide support for the coordination of commissions.
- Provide the department with other administrative help, as needed.
**PROFILE**:
- Currently enrolled in an administrative assistant course
- Experience in the organisation of events (online and in person) would be an asset
- Office administration knowledge desirable
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Capacity to work in a multicultural team and environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Microsoft proficiency and other IT tools designed to enable real-time collaboration between different locations
- Professional knowledge of English
