- Nous vous offrons un programme de 18 mois de formation complet auprès de spécialistes de haut niveau au sein de notre Division Wealth Management, qui vous permettra d'acquérir les compétences professionnelles et l'expérience pratique nécessaires pour évoluer dans ce monde passionnant.
- Vous travaillerez successivement auprès des départements de support (Client Service Officer, Compliance et Crédits & Risques). Ensuite, vous rejoindrez le département Marchés, Investments & Structuring puis le Front Office.
- En parallèle, vous suivrez la formation pour obtenir la Certification Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA), une référence en matière de formation bancaire en Suisse.
- A l'issue du programme, un contrat de durée indéterminée pourra vous être proposé selon les opportunités.-
