Pour notre client, une entreprise spécialisée dans la location d'équipements, nous recherchons un
**Technical Manager **(h/f).

**Vos activités chez votre futur employeur**
- Vous êtes le garant de la bonne maintenance du parc machines et la conduite de l’atelier central de la société
- Vous coordonnez et encadrez les collaborateurs de l’atelier central, y compris le responsable pièces détachées
- Vous êtes la personne de référence pour la réparation dans une durée optimale des machines envoyées en panne
- Vous administrez les réparations externes (durée, coûts, relationnel) en étant le référent technique pour les agences
- Vous organisez les expertises avec les services de contrôles ainsi que les tournées d’inspection des agences BTP
- Vous pilotez les interventions des prestataires externes et assurez le respect et l'optimisation des coûts budgétaires

**Vos atouts pour votre futur employeur**
- Vous êtes au bénéfice d'un CFC de mécanicien machines agricoles ou un autre domaine technique jugé équivalent (formation dans le management un atout)
- Vous disposez d'une solide expérience dans la mécanique d’atelier ou intervention extérieure, idéalement dans le domaine des machines de chantier
- Vous avez des bonnes compétences en gestion d’équipe et êtes capable de communiquer et interagir en vous adaptant aux différentes personnalités
- Vous possédez des bonnes connaissances du français et de l’allemand (oral et écrit) ainsi que des bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques
