Position Summary

As an 'Investment Performance Manager', your role involves leading Capital Investment Project Management to achieve business objectives. You will set standards, methodologies, and tools to ensure successful project delivery and oversee competency development for engineering disciplines.

A Day in the Life of an Investment Performance Manager

  • Manage Capital Investment processes and standards
  • Develop and implement tools to optimize project management and safety
  • Provide engineering support for projects, ensuring adherence to standards
  • Facilitate competency development programs for Project Managers
  • Identify training needs for engineering and close competency gaps
  • Enhance engineering knowledge dissemination using modern channels
  • Lead corporate engineering communication

What will make you successful

  • Extensive technical and project management experience in the food or consumer goods industry
  • Proven track record in managing CAPEX projects and preparing budgets
  • Prior experience as a line manager with strong communication skills
  • Passion for developing people and expertise through engaging programs
  • Strategic thinking skills and curiosity
  • Fluency in English
