Position Summary
As a

SBU Dairy Good For You Manager, you will manage the Good For You strategy of SBU Dairy brands and categories with the aim of supporting the strategic intent to move beyond dairy and to provide specialized everyday nutrition, addressing needs of individuals and families and translating it into product I&R and compelling consumer communication.

  • Encompasses Good Taste (GT), Good Foundation (GF), Good Advantage (GA), Good Balance (GB), Good Label (GL), portfolio evolution and Good For You commitments

A Day in the Life of a SBU Dairy Good For You Manager

  • Active voice in shaping the Corporate Good For You vision and Commitments with B-Dairy brand and category strategies (reflected in GBS/Strategic papers)
  • Translate Good For You Corporate vision, guidance, Commitments & KPIs into B-Dairy global brands and categories and ensure KPIs are met for the business
  • SPOC in B-Dairy with all relevant stakeholders like NR, NPTC, Good For You central team who will be the experts in developing all key implementation tools (e.g., GF and GT methodologies, GL technical solutions)
  • Define and evolve the nutritional framework across the portfolio in line with B-Dairy brand/category strategies
  • Approve / review Good For You derogations (Good Foundation & fortification, Good Advantage/claims, Good Label)
  • Identify the competitive landscape to positively impact the Dairy business
  • Key input for Innovation projects (I2L process, accelerators, etc.) to create competitive advantage through everyday specialized nutrition
  • Develop and standardize ways of communicating the nutritional knowledge and sciencebased benefits of B-Dairy brands and product categories targeting scientific communities/consumers
  • Equip markets to drive locally the implementation of the Good For You strategy for B-Dairy global brands and categories by developing and sharing relevant material and toolbox
- on and off pack communication and services (e.g., My Menu IQ, Recetas Nestlé)

  • Leverage consumer and public health trends and ingredients into communication for B-Dairy global brands and categories to build believebased propositions (BBP)

What will make you successful

  • Between 510 years of experience as market or R&D/market nutritionists or market Nutrition, Health & Wellness manager
  • Nutritional expertise in the business or public health domains
  • Experience in communication or in commercial function
  • Strong stakeholders' management in a matrix organization
  • Ability to influence others
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Fluent in English
